Five Helpful Reminders

img_2241If you are like me, your stress is high right now. Winter break cannot come soon enough.  On the bright side, child count is complete!  Thank goodness! All kinds of new, fun, and exciting work-related things are now popping up.  Parents are requesting meetings. Kids are having meltdowns. Meanwhile, you are trying to model calm for everyone around you.  Some professionals manage the tough times with a well-stocked supply of candy, while others ask colleagues to model and teach us how to cope with stress during the hardest times of year.  Over the last few years, I have been collecting the following little stress management ideas.  Consider them an early stocking stuffer from me.
